SuiteDash setup, implementation, and support (WrightClick)

SuiteDash setup and ongoing support — done with WrightClick

Matt Wright and WrightClick configure SuiteDash — CRM, client portals, automations, and branding — then hand it back so you can run the business. We are a Sensei Certified Agency Partner. We work inside your account. We do not replace SuiteDash itself.

Who this is for

People who bought SuiteDashand need it finished.

The account exists. The business still runs in inboxes and spreadsheets. That is the usual starting point.

New SuiteDash owners

Including AppSumo and other promo purchases. You need a foundation — company, roles, one pipeline, one portal path — before every module gets switched on.

Teams stuck mid-setup

Portals half built, fields that do not match how you sell, automations that fire on the wrong record. We pick up from the current account instead of pretending it is day one.

Owners who should not live in admin

You want CRM, portals, and automation your clients and staff will actually use. You do not want a second job clicking through settings.

What WrightClick does

Discovery, configuration,handoff, then support.

SuiteDash setup, implementation, and support (WrightClick) is the sequence below. Matt Wright leads it. The same ladder — Free Assessment, Onboard, Blueprint, Build — is written up on the SuiteDash page when you want the full package.

01

Discovery

How you sell, deliver, and support today. Which records are live. What has to be true on the first week staff use SuiteDash, and what can wait.

02

Configuration

CRM structure, Circles and permissions, client portals, branding, and the automations that earn a place. Plan limits — including what a promo purchase actually includes — get checked before FLOWs are designed around them.

03

Training handoff

Your team can run the system. You get notes on what was built, who owns it, and what we deliberately did not turn on.

04

Ongoing support

Optional, scoped separately, in the style of ongoing MSP care: changes, questions, and the next automation after go-live. Vendor support for the product remains SuiteDash.

Why not DIY

The product is rarelywhat stalls the project.

SuiteDash can hold the business. Most delays are time, permissions, and half-finished setup — not a missing feature. We finish the system so you can run the work.

Time cost

Admin hours come out of client work. A careful DIY setup is possible. It is also how a quarter disappears inside Circles, menus, and test records.

Portals clients skip

If the first screen is not obvious, people go back to email. A portal that shows the wrong files, or none of the right ones, trains clients to ignore it.

Permissions

Circles copied from the last client leak internal notes or lock the right people out. Fixing that after clients are invited is louder than setting it first.

Half-finished automations

A FLOW that never sends, or that emails an imported list, is worse than no automation. We leave those off until the path is real.

What's included

Three ways in.Prices when we scope them.

Setup sprint, migration help, and retainer amounts are placeholders until Matt sets them. The figure that is already published is the full implementation package.

Setup sprint — pricing on request

A focused pass: foundation, one portal path, and a CRM that matches how you already sell and deliver. Useful after AppSumo or when the account is open but unused.

Migration help — pricing on request

Contacts, companies, and open deals moved without breaking the CRM you still use day to day. See the migration guide for the sequence we expect you to have thought through.

Ongoing support — pricing on request

After handoff, a retainer for changes, questions, and the next automation. Not a replacement for SuiteDash's own support desk.

Full implementation — $5,499 USD

The published package: Free Assessment, then Onboard, Blueprint, and Build. All-in at $5,499 USD. Stage detail and what each phase includes are on the SuiteDash page.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How does pricing work?

Setup sprint, migration help, and ongoing support are quoted after a Free Assessment — pricing on request, not a second public rate card. The published SuiteDash implementation package (Onboard, Blueprint, and Build) is listed on the SuiteDash page, all-in at $5,499 USD. Assessment stays free.

How long does a SuiteDash setup take?

A focused setup sprint is usually a few weeks once access, branding, and the decisions are in hand. A full implementation follows Free Assessment, then Onboard, Blueprint, and Build. Time stretches when a migration includes open deals, or when several groups need different portal access.

I bought SuiteDash on AppSumo. Is the work different?

The product is still SuiteDash. Promo and AppSumo plans can limit which automations and features are available, so the first step is confirming what your deal includes. We set a foundation that does not have to be undone if you later move to a fuller plan. The AppSumo setup guide covers the day-one sequence.

Do you replace SuiteDash support?

No. WrightClick implements and configures the account — SuiteDash setup, implementation, and support (WrightClick). Product support, billing, and platform bugs stay with SuiteDash. We handle how your CRM, portals, permissions, and automations are set up, and how your team runs them.

Do we have to leave our current CRM immediately?

No. If the old system still holds live deals, we stage the move and keep it readable until SuiteDash is the one staff trust. If the history is mostly dead leads, starting clean is often safer than importing the mess. The migration guide walks through that choice.

Where do we start?

A Free Assessment. Call (365) 657-5667 or email hello@wrightclick.it. We will say whether a setup sprint, the full implementation package, or a smaller fix is the honest next step.
