How do I white-label SuiteDash with my own domain and branding?

Steps

1. Custom portal URL. Follow SuiteDash's Setting up your Custom URL article. Add a CNAME record for your portal subdomain that points to one of the targets the article lists, such as app.suitedash.com. Then log in from your custom URL, not app.suitedash.com, so links and form embed codes use your domain. Source: https://help.suitedash.com/article/130-setting-up-your-custom-url

4. Email from your domain (Domain Verified Sending):
   1. Click your profile picture (top right) to open the Fly-out Menu, then go to Your Branding > Email Branding > Domain Verified Sending.
   2. Enter your domain name and click Save Domain. The domain is then locked for 24 hours.
   3. In your DNS provider, add the DKIM record SuiteDash shows you as a TXT record.
   4. Add the Return-Path record as a CNAME that points to pm.mtasv.net. It's optional, but recommended if your domain has a DMARC policy, because it gets SPF alignment.
   5. Wait. Each record shows as verified automatically within 48 hours.

Watch out for

• You can have only one custom URL per account. To change it, wait 24 hours since the last setup, then use Change my Custom URL.
• The records SuiteDash shows are unique to your domain. Copy them exactly from your account.
• Without Domain Verified Sending, registration and other platform emails are likely to land in spam or get blocked.
• Plan limits aren't covered here. Check your plan in SuiteDash.
